your very own Interactive Voice Response Service (IVR).
The Auto Attendant is displayed on your own computer and there is no need for special codes or technical knowledge,
the prompts are easily amended via a dedicated telephone service and accessed via a secure user name and password.
It’s unique and flexible, and gives your company a professional image, second to none. We feel that this service will
become the preferred solution for all our clients IVR requirements.
A full range of management reports can also be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Calls are answered out of hours and played a welcome and then given the prompts designated by you. The message changes
to advise the office opening times.
This service is available to all customers who are using other Digitech solutions, like Freephone or 0870.
